Aha AA OAHU

ʻAha Aloha ʻĀina

On the evening of February 25, 2016, the ‘Aha Aloha ‘Āina was held in Kāneʻohe, Oʻahu at the Windward Community College – Hale A’o.  There were approximately 350 community members in attendance to hear speakers that include Andre Perez, Walter Ritte, Dr. Kalama Niheu, Healani Sonoda-Pale and Henry Noa.  There were other community leaders that had opportunities to share their mana’o as well including Kalaniakea Wilson, Lei Niheu, Kaukaohu Wahilani, Lori Halemano, ‘Imailani Winchester, Scotty Wong, ‘Ilima Long and many others to numerous to name.  Mahalo to all the volunteers and many hands that made this event the success and to ‘Ōlelo for live feeding this to Oʻahu, Maui and Hawaiʻi Island. The ʻAha Aloha ʻĀina Part I and II will also be rebroadcast on ʻŌlelo Channel 54.
